Job Role / Description & Responsibilities
- Translate marketing and business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to curate awesome visuals for Ads & Mailers.
- Develop design documentation to ensure the successful delivery of digital experiences.
- Make compelling and thoughtful designs considering its usage across multiple channels and devices viz. web, mobile, print.
- Design incredible creatives, presentations and company collaterals that will blow everyone’s mind.
- Create powerful graphics for blog and social media platforms.

Eligibility Criteria, Experience and Professional Skills Required
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in the related field.
- 0-4 years of work experience with Visual / Graphic Design.
- Have a preferable background in Graphic design, communication design or multimedia design.
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of typography, iconography, color, space, and texture.
- Should be an expert of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Have a portfolio of digital imagery that demonstrates quality design.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames.
- Good communication skills, ability to work and coordinate with team members, strong conceptual, ideation and creative-thinking skills.
