- Create low-level design documents and seek review from architects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical direction for product research, design, and development.
- Develop high-level and low-level software design documents.
- Implement code based on design documents and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Review test cases, conduct integration testing, and resolve bugs.
- Provide inputs to technical documentation and user acceptance testing.
- Gather user feedback and identify ways to improve product usability.
- Mentor and coach team members, set goals, and conduct performance appraisals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology.
- Strong understanding of .Net Core, MS SQL Server, and ASP.NET.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
