Job Description for the HCL Freshers Off Campus Recruitment Drive:-
Position Title- C++ Minimum Qualification- B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or in related areas Experience in yrs .
1. Total Experience (TEX) 1-3 yrs.
2. Relevant Experience (REX) 1-3 yrs Must Have: C++ Linux Networking and basic understanding on networking protocols such as SSH, SNMP, Netconf and HTTP IDE like Visual studio, Networking tools C++ (14 / 17 standards) and OOAD principles.
3. Good to Have Skills (3-4 skills, point wise) Ability to apply SOLID design principles and design patterns.
4. Knowledge on BOOST / POCO libraries, thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms.
5. Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments.
6.Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests.
7.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as TFS, GIT. Knowledge on SCRUM/Agile processes.

9. CTC Range (In Lakhs) Up to 9 LPA
10. Customer Name (As per deployment) -Siemens – Bangalore.
11. Location of deployment (Specific customer location for deployment) – Siemens Bangalore
12. Specific office Location (only for proactive hiring).
13. Notice period preferred range – 0-30 days.
14. Shift Timing / Work timing (Specify the work time slot)- General shift.
15. Is Cab facility available Yes.
16. Interview process- (Number of rounds and mode of interviews) – F2F.
17. Is client open to conduct Skype interview (for off location candidates)- NO 11. Any specific need – a. (Example) Candidate should not have attended the same client interview (directly/via another vendor) in the last 3 months.
- To maintain the existing project by resolving or troubleshooting or debugging issues occurring in the existing project or application.
- To understand client requirements and accordingly develop code to create required features.
- Documentation of work.
- To develop and deliver codes for the projector work assigned by following established standards of quality and delivery SLA.
