Qualification:
IT/ Computers :
- Post Graduates of 2021, 2020,2019, 2018,2017 or before pass out year. (MCA, M.Sc, M.Tech, MCS, MBA-IT, MBA Computer)
- Graduates : 2019, 2018,2017.Or Before{BE- IT, BE Computers, B.Tech-IT, B.Tech Computers, BE(ENTC),Bcs,Bsc,BCA}.
Compensation and Other Benefits :
- 15 K- Upto 20 K( Depends On Interview)
- Shift Allowance (According to Company Policy)
- Outstation Allowance (According to Company Policy)
Skills Required:
- Very good programming skills.
- Good Aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary
- Very good communication skills
- Should Have Good Knowledge in Core Java Opps Concepts, JDBC, JavaScript, SQL, DataBase Concept.
- Experience combining analysis, design, development, and implementation of object-oriented (OO)concept based applications
- Base location would be Pune.
- Willing to learn new skills
- Willing to work in shifts and project based travel (project duration can range from a 15 days’ time to a year or even more than that).
Job Profile:
Selected candidates will be Trained on technologies in IT Services ( Salesforce, Assurance, Remedy, Service Now, Automation Edge, RPA, Outsystems,Snowflex, Mendix, Power BI.) (Any 1 ) for 3-4 months and then work as developers / Tester in IT Service Management area depending on the training received.
Selection Procedure:
- 1 st round – Aptitude Test
- 2 nd round – Technical interview
- 3 rd round – HR round.
Candidates Must Have Laptop and Internet Connectivity.
Policy:
The selected candidates will have to give a service commitment of minimum of 2.5 years.
