- As an OEM Customer Facing Support Engineer you will:
- Participate in an agile, collaborative environment to interact with our highly valued customers to provide IBM’s world class support and customer service.
- Impact the customer experience by aiding in the resolution of complex business problems for the world’s leading clients.
- Interact directly with the customer to understand and troubleshoot issues, collect data, and elicit detailed requirements
- Engage technical teams to provide innovative solutions across multiple industries and sectors as well as governments and agencies.
- Work with multiple industry leading software vendors in support of multi-faceted customer solutions.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Cover all primary development activities across all technology functions
- Ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products, and services and understand customer needs, and develop product roadmaps
- Analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations, and delivery
- Assist with evaluating new tools, new techniques, and strategies, Automation of common tasks, build common utilities to drive organizational efficiency with a passion for technology and solutions, and influence thought and leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Should have a basic, structured, standard approach to work

- Uses existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses
