Job Description for Wipro off Campus Recruitment Drive 2022
Wipro is looking for Production Agent in Hyderabad.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephoneand/or emails in a courteous manner
- Document all pertinent end user identification information,including name, department, contact information and nature of problem orissue
- Update own availability in the RAVE system to ensureproductivity of the process
- Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions
- Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all clientqueries
- Resolve client queries as per the SLA’s defined in thecontract
Education & Skills
- 0 – 6 months experience (Fresher’s preferably)
- Education Qualification – BCOM / BSC / BBA / BA / BBM / BE / B.Tech/MBA/M.COM/M.TECH ANY GRADUATES/ POST GRADUATE ARE ELIGIBLE. Results pending would not be eligible
- Strong Knowledge of Current Affairs and General Knowledge to help identifying cultural biases on Videos
- Should know to read & write more than one regional language
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Good Interpersonal & People skills with good problem-solving approach.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Should have Customer Centric Mindset
