Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assisting with end-to-end ownership of all the data sheets
- Resolving queries raised by all the employees including Insurance & other queries
- Managing onboarding & offboarding formalities
- Assisting with Vendor Management Coordination with internal & external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience of 2+ years in the HR ops domain Working knowledge of MIS, Dashboard, and PPT
- Must be Mumbai based
- Better if worked with an organization of similar size & industry
- Strong knowledge of advanced MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- Have an ownership mindset
