Job Description of Trigent Off Campus Drive 2020:-

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leading incidents and requests to resolution Development & Implementation of process and workflows
  • Contributing to the Change Management Process
  • Should follow Escalation Management Process
  • Respond to customers in case of escalations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Experience with ticketing tools (Service Now, BMC Remedy ITSM tool etc.)
  • Address operational system issues including file and share permissions, user accounts and installing applications
  • Expertise in administering windows Operating Systems/servers
  • Proficiency with desktop hardware and software, including operating systems and MS Office products remote dial-in users.
  • Expertise on Microsoft, specifically Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, OWA, Remote systems administration and Servers technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems, network topology, desktop security, imaging, and desktop hardware and software installation procedures.
  • knowledge of using MS Office (Especially Outlook/0365)
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting Citrix, QTP, Oracle, ERP, DBA, SSL certificates, CRM tools, Microsoft Lync, SharePoint, and LiveMeeting will be added advantage
  • Basic Knowledge of IP addressing Networking, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP and Antivirus
  • Provide end to end support for Servers/network, applications and operating system, handheld devices (Active Sync)
  • Analyze system logs and identify potential issues with server systems
  • Familiar with other windows Server roles and features
  • Implement application systems, in partnership with IT Solutions personnel
  • Investigate and resolve application problems
  • Install, upgrade, configure and maintain server systems hardware and software
  • Implement application systems, in partnership with IT Solutions personnel
  • Incidents & service requests handling accurately following the ITIL practices
  • Provides communication to the end user on the progress and status of the issues “as needed”
  • Identifying pain areas or potential areas concern within the client IT Environment and assist in Incident Management
  • Should be flexible to work in fixed/rotational 24x7x365 shifts

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Having experience of 1 – 5 years in Service desk/voice customer service and support
  • experience with problem solving involving hardware, software and networks
  • Expert in building Customer relationship. Mandatory
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience and their accents.
  • Effective time management skills and Listening skills Mandatory
  • Should possess good knowledge and real time experience of supporting Infra
  • (understanding of Windows)
  • Ability and willingness to work in a large 24*7*365 Service Desk environment
  • Exposure to call routing software and ITSM tool sets preferable (Candidate needs to
  • have experience in working tickets on Service Now, Remedy etc.) Preferred
  • Any Graduate, desired B.Tech/B.E/BCA/MCA
