– Inbound sales and Technical support specialist to help customers establish and enhance their online presence by providing technical support,product information.
– First –rate customer service and selling products and services as per customer needs. Making sales with PPC/Routers/ Facebook /E-mails/Printers/Microsoft Outlook calls.
– Subscription Sales.
– Must be comfortable with US.Responsible for effectively handling customers.
– Excellent customer service/sales skills.
– Basic technical knowledge of operating systems like windows XP/Vista/7/8/Mac OS.
– Basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting internet.
– Ability to achieve the set target and to go contribution to growth of the company.
