- Siemens DISW IT is seeking a friendly, engaged, results driven Customer Support Specialist to join an international team responsible for developing , maintaining, and enhancing global web applications supporting key business processes in an extremely dynamic and complex environment.
- The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for accurately responding to customer issues and performing QA on future release.
- We are looking for a strong, motivated, person who knows how to research issues and obtain an accurate analysis of the issue and supply an accurate and timely solution.
- The candidate’s main area of focus will be EMEA with additional coverage in AP and USA as needed .
- You will work directly with the business users, support analyst and developers
