Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- SFDC Application Architect certification.
- 10 years of experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions. 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Experience delivering SFDC solutions for organizations of 1000+ users. Experience in Agile development DevSecOps, and building/managing engineering teams of 15+ people.
Preferred qualifications:
- SFDC technical architect certification.
- Experience implementing large SFDC organizations in a multi-tenancy setting.
- Ability to translate business needs into high level SFDC technology architecture.
Job Description of Google Off Campus Drive 2020:-
- As a Salesforce (SFDC) Application Engineering Manager for the Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for the development, operations, and support of Salesforce instances managed by the Center of Excellence.
- You will be responsible for recruiting and building a highly talented team of engineers and systems administrators, who will work with clients across Google to configure Salesforce and build any necessary integrations to other first-party or third-party systems, that appropriately addresses various use cases.
- You will also be responsible for developing appropriate DevOps processes and implementing any relevant tools necessary to ensure effective and efficient scaling of the DevOps function.
- Recruit and manage a team of engineers and systems administrators to configure, develop, and administer salesforce instances used by clients across the company.
- Collaborate with SFDC solution architects to translate designs for specific use cases into scalable SFDC solutions. Build plans, assign resources, and ensure prompt delivery.
- Build and implement appropriate Development and Operations processes/tools to manage an effective Development organization. Develop and maintain appropriate integrations between Salesforce and other third-party or first-party systems.
- Work with development teams to ensure solution designs aligns with the overall architecture roadmap for the Center of Excellence. Advise on release management processes and change management considerations.
- Identify and develop reusable SFDC components to share with other organizations within the company. Work closely with Google Product teams to define the right technology stacks and data requirements.
