Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generating and delivering regular/ad-hoc reports with quality based on the data/guidance available
- Reviewing reports to identify trends and key risk areas
- Preparing presentations and trends identified for reporting to senior management
- Identifying additional metrics to be included in reporting packages
- Keeping the process document updated for reference
- Learning data and reporting related new technologies to support business and IC2s in various projects
- Owning end-to-end reporting deliveries, data management, etc. for stakeholders pertaining to at least one Line of Business
- Reviewing the regular deliverables and identifying automatable sections and highlighting the same to the IC2/Manager
- Performing various reporting and data-related testing
Requirements:
- Expertise in MS Excel and prior experience in creating/automating complex dashboards and reports
- Should possess analytical skills to identify outliers and highlight the same
- Skill to interact with diverse stakeholders and departments
- Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Team Player
