Job Description of NetApp Off Campus Recruitment Drive 2020:
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the design & deployment of standard global processes, policies, and controls to ensure process performance meets or exceeds SLA.
- Work closely with the support functions including Procurement, Accounting & Finance, IT, Tax & Treasury to define the end to end processes and responsibilities.
- To establish performance, process, cost, time, and quality metrics based on external benchmarks and develop a plan on how the current process needs to change.
- To ensure that the process design & application is suitable to meet both short, mid, and long term expectations of the stakeholders.
- Support internal control design, facilitate audit readiness, management of risk & knowledge management.
- Drive innovation in the process by looking at opportunities Robotic Process automation to improve efficiency of the End to End process.
- Liase between CI teams and I2P to review CI projects and ensure they are in alignment with the global process design, control & procedures.
- Influence key stakeholders through effective and compelling communication to understand the value of process changes in I2P.
Job Requirements
- Strong operational experience Accounts Payable and employee expense reimbursement process.
- Knowledge of metrics and process diagnostics
- Preferably with project management skills
- Experience working in different geographical areas and across enterprise-wide functions.
- Preferred process re-engineering or Six Sigma experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required given the diverse nature of operating landscape
Education
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, and Accounting or related courses or equivalent.
