Job Description For the Myntra Hiring Associate-Marketplace Jobs:-
Roles & Responsibilities:
Role
As an associate in Marketplace team, the candidate would be responsible for the day to day activities of a large strategic program from inception to execution and final handover to Ops team
Responsibilities
- Structure and conduct analyses to come up with data backed insights
- Create structured dashboards to improve visibility of the program and make data driven decisions
- Track the status of the initiatives vs. the expected timelines & intended impact
- Highlight issues and problem with the relevant stakeholders to make sure the initiatives are on track
Qualification & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in working on data driven programs end to end
- Graduation from a top tier institute – Preferably B.E/B.Tech
- Strong analytical and presentation capabilities (MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau etc.)
- Sharp business acumen and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to own specific portions of a large program
- Ecommerce experience is preferred
