Job Description for Mindtree off Campus Recruitment Drive 2023
The Project Management Office (PMO) position is responsible for managing, coordinating, and monitoring the progress of TM1 projects.
The PMO works closely with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Duties of the Project Management Office (PMO) include:
• Tracking project progressof TM1 team and reporting to stakeholders on key milestones, risks, and issues.
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Providing guidance and assistance to project teams.
• Supporting project audits and reviews.
• Preparing project status reports and presentations.
• Participating in user group meetings and workshops.
• Maintaining project databases and documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- A unique opportunity to be a part of growing SAP SuccessFactors team that work on global implementation of SF and work SAP cloud platform including Data forwardand other latest technologies.
- You will be responsible for implementation delivering of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to support client firms.
- Be the main point of contact and handle the design, development and delivery of the project.
- Work with team members and Product Owners to analyze, recommend, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirements
- Support and coordinate the efforts of Subject Matter Experts, Development, Quality Assurance, Usability, Training, Transport Management, and other internal resources for the successful implementation of system enhancements and fixes.
