Looking for a Junior Automation Engineer who are passionate about programming with analytical thinking and possess
Testers at Logitech India, Chennai are responsible for writing the automation test scripts for Logitech software, the associated Logitech products and accurately reporting them to the developers. We expect the ideal candidate to be a passionate individual with analytical thinking and problem solvers which helps us to create an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the requirement of the Logitech Products, software and assist in executing the QA project test cases.
- Testing different varieties of the OS with Logitech Products and software.
- Analyse and report potential risks of feature and products and escalate as appropriate.
- Perform variety of testing types across multiple Logitech products – exploratory testing, requirements-based testing, regression testing, automation testing etc.,
- Patience is very important and keep playing to find more errors.
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of software quality assurance concepts, debugging processes
- Strong observational skills, analytical and result-oriented
- Knowledge in hardware, firmware will be added advantage
- Ability to remain focused and adapt to rapid changes in priorities
- Ability to work with a team locally and abroad.
- Strong communication skills across the different teams in different sites.
Experience:
- Should have Bachelor’s degree in anyone of the Engineering stream – B.E (Comp.Sci), B.E(ECE) or B.E (IT)
