Job description – KPMG Hiring Consultant – Advisory Operations
- Managing Statement of Work (SOW)/ Contractual legal agreements/ IFA/ TPAs
- Assist in maintaining reports on Onboarding /Offboarding
- Following up on IPT and Onshore Missing timesheets
- Maintain timesheets defaulters list
- HC Reconciliation (KGS vs. On-shore HR Report Validation)
- Invoice Management managing Account Receivables/ Payables, Out of Pocket expenses
- Reconciliation of weekly & monthly lending & borrowing
- Prepare and publish basic reports on key metrics
- Variance analysis on weekly, monthly and YTD basis for IPT and SYNC/SAP timesheet
- Travel assistance
- Assist in Seat utilization
- Understanding of key metrics; business set up/ taxonomy
- Creation and maintenance of SOPs for operational activities
