To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Previous experience in technical support, demonstrating extreme customer engagement in a high-velocity environment.
- Relationship management skills and knowledge of the tax industry (preferred).
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Windows desktop applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create processes in a computer system using multiple screens of data.
- The ability to inspire confidence while leading customers through multiple steps to resolve issues via various support channels.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Ability to work virtually in a collaborative environment with a mixed hybrid and remote team while independently working with customers.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
Job Responsibilities
As a Service and Support Representative, you will:
- Resolve Customer Inquiries:
- Utilize all channels of support to effectively resolve customer inquiries, providing end-to-end solutions whenever possible.
- Utilize Software Tools:
- Learn and use specific software tools and problem-solving strategies to address customer issues and continuously improve processes.
- Effective Problem Solving:
- Use effective probing questions to understand customer problems, taking ownership of finding solutions by leveraging available resources.
- Prioritize Customer Impact:
- Self-identify and prioritize time for the greatest customer impact, being an advisor and making recommendations that contribute to customer prosperity.
- Customer-Centric Approach:
- Meet customers “where they are” by using relatable language and tailoring communication based on their level of tax and industry knowledge while supporting the Intuit Brand.
