Job Responsibilities for Intuit Remote Jobs
1. Deal Lifecycle Management:
- Utilize 2+ years of deal negotiation experience to navigate the B2B Fintech space.
- Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of the deal lifecycle, including planning, terms negotiation, contract drafting, and implementation.
- Clearly articulate direct impact within a deal lifecycle.
2. Industry Expertise:
- Bring experience in FinTech, consulting firms, or investment banks.
- Direct experience in a client services role (partner management, customer success management, consulting).
- Work collaboratively with key functions such as risk, product development, design, marketing, compliance, and legal.
3. Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of dedicated product operations analysts.
- Foster a “win-together mentality” within the team.
- Contribute to new business development efforts and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
4. Financial Services Focus:
- Display a working experience and strong interest in financial services, particularly payments and money movement.
- Act as an expert in Payments and Money Movement segments, contributing to platform strategy and optimization.
5. Strategic Partnership Management:
- Supervise and manage operational team members against their oversight goals.
- Monitor daily files and collaborate with product teams to remediate back-end issues.
- Conduct Monthly and Quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Align with the broader team for Quarterly Partnerships reviews with Senior Leadership Team members.
6. Partner Strategy:
- Establish hypotheses for optimizing existing partnerships to drive revenue increase and cost reduction.
- Lead negotiations to drive implementation of strategic solutions.
- Drive diagnostic reviews to assess opportunities with existing partnerships, particularly in Payments and Payroll (Money Movement) verticals.
- Drive strategic renewals and extensions of current engagements.
7. Relationship Building:
- Build trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Product, Product Marketing, Capital Markets, Operations).
- Demonstrate executive presence in working with senior leadership internally and within partner organizations.
