Infosys BPM is hiring for Process Specialist
- Designation – Process Executive & Senior Process Executive
- Qualification – Any Graduate
- Experience – 0-2 Years (Freshers Can Also apply
- Location – Bangalore & Chennai
- Shifts – US Shift (allowances provided)
- Domain – Sales and fulfillment, Order management
Skills Required:
1. Preference for agents with experience in customer service, contact center, order to cash / order to shipment.
2. Prior exposure to multinational firms is preferable
3. Knowledge on supply chain management or order management operations.
4. Excellent written and oral communication.
List of responsibilities / activities specific to this role:
- Consolidate data from multiple systems to facilitate inventory availability check and order entry.
- Perform various order management functions including order entry and expediting.
- Provided accurate order entry, change order and detailed telephone information while maintaining call center objectives and goals.
- Process a high volume of product orders via electronic distribution from order entry to shipment for revenue recognition.
- Plan and pro-actively manage through SAP the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from Order Entry to Collection.
- Provided order management support for sales including order entry and order tracking using SAP.
- Order entry, shipping, fill rate, and product availability management of orders.
- Extensive intricate knowledge of SAP ERP system, including inventory, sales, and receivables and invoicing modules.
- End to end knowledge on the Export process system – from ERP to interfaced systems.
- Extensive knowledge on simple and complex contract under order booking and management.
