Eligibility Criteria:-
- Candidates should have a B .Tech/ M Tech / MCA degree in an IT/ Computer Science or related filed.
- The candidates should have minimum of 60% throughout the candidates.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Ownership of the implementation (estimation, task breakdown) for the functional specifications of the business through the complete software development life cycle.
- Ownership of maintenance and support problems as they arise during the project life cycle before and after commissioning.
- Provide technical assistance to other teams: support, quality control, business analysis.
- Ability to work with remote equipment in a geographically distributed development model.
- Evaluate, apply and adopt new technologies and tools within the Development team and throughout the organization to provide productivity, efficiency and scalability benefits.
- Collaborate and share technical and commercial knowledge with development members and a broader organization.
- Constant improvement agent: within the development and throughout the organization.
Job Requirements:-
Personal Impact: –
- Practical knowledge on one of the J2EE application servers listed below Weblogic, IBM Websphere, JBoss / Tomcat with good knowledge in Java 6/7/8.
- Practical knowledge of one of the messaging systems listed below: JMS, MQ, Tibco is an additional advantage
- Demonstrates the ability to implement new web services clients (ascending and descending approaches) and compose / use other web services.
- It uses best practices during web service implementations and works with the following standards: WS-I standards (interoperability), Java API for XML-based RPC (JAX-RPC), JAX WS, REST, SOAP, WSDL and UDDI.
- Beginner level in Oracle – (PL / SQL)
- Diagnostic skills and knowledge of refactoring techniques are an additional advantage.
- It includes J2EE, GoF, GRASP and other design patterns.
Tools / Tests:- - Knowledge of unit tests using JUNIT, TestNG, Cactus or simulated objects
- Practical knowledge in SVN, branching, code management
- Demonstrates ability to use an IDE.
- Understand the basics of JVM memory management,
Processes:-
- Knowledge of agile development methodology.
- Aware of evidence-based development and continuous integration
Communication:-
Proven communication skills, problem solving skills and knowledge of best development practices are critical to successful performance in this role.
Teamwork:-
Ability to collaborate in a team environment. Experience in agile development methodology is preferred.
