Job Responsibilities of ICD Security Solutions Off Campus Drive 2020:-
a. Work with the Customer Service Representative to provide the best customer support to the client at the shortest time.
b. Provide routine preventive maintenances.
c. Provide support and maintenance services: Carry out Routine Preventative Maintenance
d. System Upgrades/Expansions/Alterations and Systems Training.
e. Ensure Client Satisfaction and maintain client relationships.
Job Requirements:-
a. Diploma/Bachelor degree in Electronic, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering.
b. Minimum 2 years of customer service work experience (security-related preferred) in a multinational environment.
c. Experience in the security system field with knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm System will be a plus.
d. Ability to work under pressure.
e. Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network, and database.
f. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
g. Taking initiative and working independently.
h. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
i. Fluent in English (Oral and Written).
