About the Team
We are investing in creating the biggest subscription business in India (Disney+ Hotstar Pay). We are creating an awesome user experience combined with the best content – Sports (IPL, Premier League, Pro Kabbadi League, Wimbledon, French Open, F1) and Entertainment (Disney+ Hotstar Specials, American shows & movies from HBO, Disney, Marvel, Fox, Showtime, Hooq, as well as Indian shows and movies). As we are building our Strategy team to accelerate Disney+ Hotstar Pay business growth & improve consumer experience. You will be closely working with the leaders driving strategic projects & closely monitoring business performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the Strategy team on strategic performance projects for subscription business including formulation of annual, monthly and daily plans on key performance metrics.
- Support on business performance insights working closely with the marketing, growth & analytics teams.
- Helping define metrics to measure the health and success of the subscription business.
- Assist in the strategic value-added analyses in order to drive better decisioning and results.
