• Hands-on experience of installation and troubleshooting knowledge in Operating Systems such as Windows 8, 8.1, 10, Linux and Mac
• Knowledge about Office 365 & Email setup.
• Excellent in solving technical problems as Engineer.
• Excellent communication skills are required for this Job position.

• Record technical issues and solutions in logs
• Help create technical documentation and manuals
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and ticketing tool.
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
