Job Description For EY Off Campus Recruitment Drive 2023:
Your key responsibilities
- Cash Management Activities: Prepare cash flow projections, initiate inter-entity transfers, monitor and report cash position
- Collections: Analyze the receivables and initiate collection efforts
- Participate in various process improvement activities
- Handle inter-company transactions and netting-off
- Identify control issues in processes and initiate steps to minimize risk
- Support ERP implementation projects
- Coordinating / interacting with key stakeholders and work as an important point of contact for them.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong fundamentals in Finance & Accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and desire to learn
- Experience in Accounting ERP & MIS Systems
- Strong attention to details and sense of ownership
- Positive attitude and dependable team player
- Strong written, verbal, and persuasive skills
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 0-3 years’ experience – Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant
- Strong Knowledge in Accounting, finance, MIS etc.
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
