Job Description:-
Dow Chemical is looking for the highly motivated graduates who are interested in joining this exciting and challenging opportunity to start their career at The Dow Chemical Company. During this program, you design, develop and support solutions and processes to meet the needs and requirements of the business. You will work in business processes, enabling or implementing, and apply the general knowledge of information systems, which is generally developed through formal education.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Gather and analyzes the business requirements for the functional and technical areas assigned.
- Works closely with business process teams, technical teams and other interested parties to design and build objects that meet the requirements.
- Detailed design documents.
- Create, test and implement application objects.
- Help with troubleshooting.
- You have to help in ensure that functional and technical designs meet commercial requirements, conform to Dow architecture standards and optimize productivity and long-term product / system vision.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems management (MIS) or equivalent.
- The candidate must be recently graduated or expects to graduate until August 2020.
- Highly adaptable and ability to learn technology quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a work environment based on high performance teams and global orientation.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Good initiative and proactive mentality.
