- You will be Providing technical support to partners and/or customers for Cisco technologies, products, and/or solutions.
- You are responsible for resolving moderately to highly complex technical problems, depending on the customers’ need.
- You will simulate technical problems in lab environment and share his/her knowledge with other people in writing technical documents and enlarge the knowledge database.
- You will provide internal and/or external technical presentations (cross-training).
- You will bring up some specific problems to the responsible Business Units for product improvement.
- You will work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals

Job Requirements:-
- Good attitude and Customer support expertise in Advanced Threat Security (AMP & Threat Grid)
- Should have 3 to 5 years of Support experience in Cisco Security technologies like Cisco ASA firewall, AMP, IPsec, VPN, AAA, ISE, IPsec, GRE.
- A deep understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, and Switching fundamentals will be preferred.
- Should solve high complexity problem and has strong knowledge in Network Security Technologies
- Should provide consultation to complex product and network problems.
- Effectively utilizes complex lab setups to duplicate and seek problems.
- Provides systems/product training and intellectual property material.
- Should acts as a point of contact for large account network problem resolution and submit complete and correct defect reports in the area of expertise.
