Job Description for Capgemini off Campus Recruitment Drive
Purchasing & Vendor Management (Quotation Comparison, PO/Contract processing, Landed Cost Calculation, Vendor Evaluation, MIS etc.)
Inventory Management and Warehouse activities (ABC Classification/Material Movements/Stock Count/MIS etc.)
Direct Material/Indirect Material/Services Purchasing experience in any manufacturing environment
Business role involved Inventory/Warehouse activities or co-ordination with other departments like Planning, Quality, Production, Inbound/Outbound logistics etc.
Basic Business process understating is required for SAP MM learning
SAP PP Domain Jobs
Domain experience of at least 6 months to 3 years in any of the following areas
- Production Planning
- Shop floor management
- PP Master Data (Material, BOM, Work Center etc.)Auditing
- Good understanding of processes and configurations to support PP-PI
- MRP, Scheduling, Planning strategies as well as Batch management
- Production Order settlements
- Communication skills / Personal Attributes:
- Good communication skills – both oral & written – in English
- Right attitude & temperament
- Willingness to Learn and Quick grasping power
- Team Player
- Flexibility in terms of technology adaption
SAP SD Domain
Domain experience of minimum 6 months to 3 years in any two of the following areas:
- Sale coordinators (back office customer service)
- Sales, Marketing or services process
- Warehouse or store keepers dealing with different type of goods movement
- Manufacturing experience including raw material to finish product processing
- Business role involved sales order, delivery, shipment & billing document processing
- Basic Business process understating is required
SAP HR Domain
- Domain experience of at least 6 months to 3 years in any of the following areas:
- Recruitment and Talent acquisition
- Onboarding
- Core HR processes
- Compensation
- Performance and succession management
- Learning and development
- Payroll
- HR analytics
Communication skills / Personal Attributes:
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to Learn and Quick grasping power
- Team Player
- Flexibility in terms of technology adaption
Education & Skills
- 50% in Graduation or post-graduation and no percentage barrier for 10th, 12th / Diploma, but candidate has to score minimum passing percentage in 10th, 12th / Diploma.
- Highest qualification : BE/Btech ( Mechanical, Production, Instrumentation & Electrical) 2019, 2020 & 2021 pass outs only with no active backlogs or drops.
- Overall 3 year Gap allowed throughout the academic from 10th to post graduation and with not more than one year gap between any milestone of education.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the assessment / selection process
- Selection process will be done in virtual mode
- Candidates will be responsible for arranging required infrastructure for appearing for the selection process which will be conducted online
