About The Role
Role Context:
★ We are looking for a “Software Engineer” who’ll be responsible for various backend development of scalable softwares.
Education:
★ Bachelor’s Degree in Technology
★Experience: Fresher
What You Will DO
★ You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering required IVR solutions and integrations to our end customers
★ Design, Develop and Deliver various IVR solutions to our customers
★ Work with Delivery Managers and customers on day to day basis
★ Integrations with various CRM/tools of customers with Knowlarity system, developing APIs (CTI – Computer Telephony Integrations)
What We Expect
★ A basic understanding of code and script (Python)
★ Basic understanding of Mysql
★Basic understanding of software development concepts, database design and coding.
★ Passion for learning and a good team player
★ Hard-working and going the extra mile to achieve targets
