Job Description for the DuPont Off Campus Freshers Hiring for 2021,2020,2019 passout batch :
- Position Title: Auditor
- Function: Sourcing
- Job Scope includes: Auditing the various processes under taken at service center level
- Shift Timings: 3:30 – 12:30 IST
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
- Education: Any Graduates ( B.Tech, BE and MBA are not eligible)
- Experience: Freshers (0-1 Year) 2019,2020,2021 Passed out only
Job Description:
- Perform process audits on a regular basis
- Identify and report the misses to the leadership
- Conduct review meets with the operation on timely manner
- Work closely with operations and shared the best practices to reduce process errors if any
- Participate in weekly calls with stake holders and present the data as required.
- Follow the escalation channel whenever required and make sure the issues are resolved well with the timeline
- Make sure all required quality reports are prepared and published to leadership and stale holders on time
Mandatory: Skill Sets/Experience:
- Basic knowledge of Excel (VLook Up, Pivot, basic formulas)
- Good Communication Skills
- Outspoken
- Judicious/ logical Thinking Ability
- Audacity
- High level of integrity is required
- Analytical skills
