Job Description for the KPMG Off Campus Recruitment Drive 2021:

The Digital content designer will be responsible for creating and updating KPMG Tax collaterals. The candidate is expected to take a lead on setting high visual standards and creating powerful and engaging documentation to support learning efforts.

The responsibilities of this role are as follows:

  • Produce consistent, in-brand documents and communications using MS Office which includes advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Create world-class outputs in newsletters, brochures, infographics, presentations, mailers, posters, event branding, standees, banners, MS Outlook email templates etc.
  • Oversee design projects from conception to delivery
  • Graphic design skills would be an added advantage
  • Work collaboratively with a global team to ideate, conceptualize and materialize ideas that simplify complex topics
  • Understand the KPMG brand guidelines and work within KPMG/ client templates and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Proactive in identifying and initiating improvements to existing graphics material/templates
  • Able to prioritize the pipeline of work based on job criticality
  • Ensure all work is completed as per instructions from Team Leader / job brief
  • Understanding of the role of a brand within an organization is required and the importance of consistent corporate identity and communications
  • Able to multi-task and ideate for various campaigns simultaneously
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team 

THE INDIVIDUAL

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with:

  • 2+ years’ of hands on experience on documentation design and execution
  • Strong visualization skills
  • Project level experience on tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Strong written and communication skills with proven attention to detail
  • Good problem solving skills for gathering requirements from various groups and providing a viable solution
  • Good understanding of the digital learning environment is a plus
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • High interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
