Associate – Data Analyst – Category Solutions
As a part of the Category Solutions team, you will be a part of the Central Revenue team at Myntra and will take ownership of analytics for all the visual merchandising across the app that is used to deliver differentiated shopping experience for multiple categories and purchasing occasions. You must be enthusiastic about data as well as possess the ability to turn quantitative findings into solutions that can be used to drive performance and revenue on the platform.
Responsibilities:
Reporting –
Own the reporting process across real estates owned by the team
- Maintain regular cadence reports for tracking health metrics and conduct RCAs for any change in behaviour
- Conduct agile analyses for ongoing campaigns to problem solve and provide recommendations to stakeholders involved
- Leverage consumer insights to shape up experiences on the platform
- Partner with stakeholders in the ideation phase of projects
- Conduct impact assessment of campaigns, new store launches and revamps of existing properties
Innovation –
- Constantly explore areas of maximizing ROI across properties, by capitalizing on organic demand trends
- Drive experiments to explore areas of improvement
- Enable personalization of banners/properties on the storefront through targeting relevant segmented bases
Cross Team Collaboration
- Influence various teams/stakeholders within the organization to meet goals & project timelines
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong analytical bent of mind and keen sense of visualisation with an appreciation for Data and Business
- Passionate about consumer insights
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills with a history of executing and delivering results.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, R, Advanced Excel
- Proven history of taking ownership and helping drive data lead solutions. Leadership experience is a plus.
- Ability to weave actionable insights from data
- Team player with excellent communication skills
