Job Description for Invesco Off Campus Recruitment Developer Jobs
Job purpose (Job Summary): The Business Analyst’s primary function is providing system and administrative support services to the North American Transfer Agency business groups.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
a. Respond to users system related requests and reported issues.
b. Perform research and analysis of issues and requests by working closely with our c. Technology support, external third-party vendors and internal business partners to resolve the issue and to fulfill the requests.
d. Manage Transfer Agency security access requests and updates
e. Provide testing support, test and coordinate testing of system changes
f. Process vendor invoices and other administrative duties as needed for Operations Development
g. Ability to run queries to fulfill report and audit requests.
h. Maintain strong relationship with internal business partners and external vendors
Work Experience/Knowledge:
a. Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project and other ancillary applications such as MS Excel and PowerPoint (preferred)
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
a. Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with a variety of individuals.
b. Ability to multi-task on various support items.
c. Ability to cooperate in a team environment.
d. Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment.
e. Strong work ethic.
Working Conditions:
a. Normal work environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust and temperature.
b. The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is also necessary.
c. Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.
d. Willingness to work off hours (North American) and/or weekends
