Detailed duties and responsibilities:
- Good technical ability and product knowledge of the Data Product like DSL, Ethernet, Fiber etc
- Appropriate system navigation skills.
- Basic Microsoft office skills
- Should have an understanding of how basic networks work and how to troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Call handling
- Key Performance Measures, Adherence, Effectiveness, Calls/Activities per hour, Productivity
- Strong focus on delivering results in a team environment, working together to deliver the teams objectives.
- Experience in working in a Service environment
- Timely and correct account notation, that ensures clear audit trail
- Best practice sharing
- Follow process maps and work instructions to ensure that the agreed quality and safety standards are met.
- Should form connects with the upstream and downstream functions to resolve issues within the agreed SLA to ensure timely closure

- Exposure to ACDs/Hunt groups and Voice telephony for inbound calls.

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve a problem with a win-win negotiation approach.
- Expected to work closely with service delivery team on production floors for implementation of uniform practices. Language Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) WORK EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND Required:
- Preferably 1-2 year of experience in the BPO industry
- The candidate should have prior technical knowledge
- Should be open to working in all shifts.
