Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA/MS degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated storytelling experience, motivation, and excitement to communicate our team’s outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in an innovative, fast paced, evolving and ambiguous environment.
- 4+ years of business intelligence, stakeholder engagement and analytics.
- 4+ years of experience with any of the following: (Python, Excel, Data Analysis Expression (DAX), Power Business Intelligence, Power Query, Tableau, Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Passion for building highly scalable, reliable, Finance data solutions.
- Ability to communicate clearly across teams and executives.
- Analytical skills with systematic and structured approach.
- Experience with cloud services on Azure is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Finance data and business rhythms a plus.
- Experience with or exposure to Agile and iterative development processes.
Technical Program Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 – $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 – $238,600 per year.
