Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years Portfolio Management, Program Management, or Commercial Real Estate Development experience.
-OR equivalent experience. - 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 4+ years’ experience in data and analysis for decision making in the Data Center physical infrastructure
- 4+ years’ experience in financial transaction coordination and project management in an industrial/commercial or data center real estate operations.
Other Requirements:
- These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ year program management experience driving mission critical cross functional infrastructure projects with end to end dependencies
- Experience in planning cloud specific infrastructure
- A track record of coordinating high quality projects
- Ability to communicate and present complex analysis at the executive levels for alignment and decision making
- Communication and leadership skills to drive projects and build buy-in and support
