Job Responsibilities
As a Federal Quality Assurance Analyst within our team you will:
- Conduct thorough quality reviews of personnel, payroll, and/or benefits actions
- Provide clear comments and guidance to processors to address findings
- Liaise with team lead to identify trends, backlogs, and/or areas for improvement
- Support cross-training team in all transaction types to increase capacity and capabilities
- Ensure deadlines and accuracy standards are met
- Escalate any issues or concerns to Team Leadership
- Research and perform root cause analysis for related activities
- Support business process improvement functions to align with industry Human Capital best practices
- Support audits (as needed) for Internal Controls and Audit practices
- Maintain operational compliance in accordance with standard operating procedures, local, state, and federal regulations
Qualification Requirements For Deloitte Software Jobs
- 5 years of Human Resource (HR) or Quality Assurance (QA) experience
- Federal HR experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
- Bachelor’s degree
