- Align with various internal and external stakeholders to develop creative strategies that are forward-thinking and in-line with current media trend
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise strategies to achieve them
- Offer creative ideas and encourage others to share theirs
- Keen attention to detail and timescales
- Have detailed knowledge of the target audience of each project and maintain an accurate tone of voice.
- Ability to judge creative concepts and copy, and clearly communicate

- Experience in commercial writing
- A strong record in creating immaculate copy that stands out from the crowd
- A persuasive and confident approach to creativity
- Excellent communication skills and effective team management capabilities
- Familiarity with creative processes and techniques – including digital media
