Inviting applications for the role of BA, KYC Analyst!
In this role, the KYC Analyst is expected to have fair understanding of KYC operations from documentary and non-documentary verification as per CIP policy and must be able to identify.
Responsibilities
- Conduct IDV (ID verification) and customer screening against a watchlist of Sanctions, PEP and adverse media
- Conducts due diligence and recommends appropriate risk-based business actions to be taken concerning client relationship onboarding or ongoing monitoring
- Conduct customer screening and documentary verification of beneficial owner and controllers
- Research and gather the missing information from various reliable independent sources to address the gap and complete the case
- Communicate with Team Lead to resolve escalated issues as needed.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
- High School Graduate or Equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Similar work experience at a financial institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork demonstrated via participation is sports or extracurricular activities in school / college
Preferred qualifications/Skills
- Ownership, document nature of business
- Ability to gather the information from various data sources (Corporate registry) screening tools and/or other tools for CIP
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivated, team-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Strong focus on quality along with an ability to read, understand and adhere to procedures
- Ability to seek and act on feedback & attention to detail
