Job Description for Cognizant off Campus Recruitment Drive
Cognizant is looking for an experienced Process Executive – Data for our fast-growing business area. An ideal candidate is someone best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy individual. Roles & Responsibilities
- Process Executive-P2P Bachelor/Post Graduate Degree in Commerce (exclusion: BE/B.Tech/MCA Arts/Science Graduates).Updating vendor master processing simple PO and Non-PO invoices maintaining vendor balances Updating employee data base processing payroll tax and garnishment corrections/updates handling RFQ/price differences contract and catalog processing and upload basic spend analysis & reporting RFx support on any adhoc requests Purchase requisitions processing PO management master data administration PO expediting and maintaining the tracking sheets and Helpdesk to ensure SLAs are met as agreed for customer satisfaction.
- Meet /Exceed all defined SLA’s of the process (quality TAT etc.) as agreed with the client
- 100% Compliance to Process Adherence as defined in the SOP
- Invoice processing payroll/tax /garnishment updates
- Ensure compliance of all process requirements is not less than 100%
Education & Skills
- Experience Level: 0.6 – 1 Year/Fresher
- Process Executive-P2P Bachelor/Post Graduate Degree in Commerce (exclusion: BE/B.Tech/MCA Arts/Science Graduates).
