- Ensure to launch products on time and in full in the most premium way possible, this involves coordination with various stakeholders and keeping up to date with the launches
- Monitor Adidas global website/app for best practices that can be adapted for Adidas India site/app
- Execute daily actionable items pertaining to Ecommerce Operations
- Develop and present a monthly business plan in terms of inventory, articles live on the site.
- Improve the online shopping environment for end consumers
- Manage product catalog which involves on-time shoot of articles, coordination with vendors, and making sure the payment for vendors is done in a timely and correct way.
- Online stock movement for Hype & non hype products
- Coordination with warehouse team for on-time delivery of stocks
- Create a monthly hype calendar, updating it with the latest updates, and following up on the stocks availability
