Knowledge in troubleshooting Web based / Windows based Applications Knowledge in Troubleshooting ERP/.Net/JAVA based Application Should ready to work on all holidays where in comp-off can be availed. Should be ready to work in 24*7 supports which include night shifts (sometime).
