Job Description for Ericsson Off Campus Recruitment Drive 2022
The position for Remedy Administrator would be responsible for supporting the BMC landscape for the business end user. The primary goal of the team is to ensure timely and accurate end to end delivery of activities agreed within scope of the MOF Data Admin team. Maintaining Data Quality in the tool will be our primary goal. Also, understand and Review the data structures and user roles that form the bases of the tool.
Roles & Resposibilities
- Support Group creation/deletion, User Access addition/deletion, Operational / Resolution Categorization setup.
- Setting up rights to Approve CRs/PRs for an Application/Location/Service.
- Assignment configurations and mapping.
- Frequent audits to maintain data quality in the tool.
- Making sure that users have legitimate access in the tool.
- Active participation in on – boardings of new tenants on to the tool.
- Maintaining and managing templates in the tool.
- Maintaining and managing automated email notifications via tool.
- Granting access to reporting tool (SAP BO) and MY IT Alerts.
Education & Skills
- Ability to work well within team environment
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Ability to work collaboratively across project teams
- Ability to plan and organize work and deliverables
- Demonstrable ability to work independently.
- Must display professionalism and confidence.

- Provide input to assist in determining level of effort
