Job Role / Description & Responsibilities
- Qualcomm is currently hiring for the Embedded Engineer position for the Freshers / Experienced candidates for the Hyderabad location.
- Deductive problem solving, good verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- Must understand software design and development process.
- Strong aptitude, quick learner, self-motivated, willing to explore and work across breadth of various technology areas.
Eligibility Criteria, Experience and Professional Skills Required
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems.
- 0-1 year experience in embedded software development in C++ programming.
Skills required:
- Data Structures, Algorithm, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Mathematical Methods, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Architecture
Preferred Skills:
- Strong development experience (0-1 year) with C++ and good programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting software and system issues.
- Very good C++ Knowledge:
- Templates (STL)
- Design Patterns
- Good OS fundamentals:
- Unix / Linux
- Semaphores, Threads
- IPC, Socket communication.
